My services are available for children as well as adults.

Pilates classes for children helps improve motor skills, balance and co ordination as well as weight and mood management. The classes are designed to put FUN back into functional movement.

Not only does Pilates help establish correct principles of movement they they will use for the rest of their lives, it can also help reduce the potential for injury as they continue to grow into adulthood.









Educating and inspiring children to the benefits of exercise and healthy eating can be difficult in a world of increased technology.

There are many benefits to having active children including:-

  • Better concentration in school
  • Improved sleep patterns

Children are taught the principles of healthy eating, produce food diaries & tested for fitness. Each week is different to encourage children to participate in all types of activity.


Correct boxing training not only works all areas of the body but also all aspects of fitness. Boxing helps co ordination, muscular strength, power & cardio vascular fitness. Mentally it provides variety & requires focus & thinking
