Fitness Retreat, Norfolk, June 18
With one of the hottest weekends on record, these fine specimens trained for over 13 hours with activities including, Boxing, Yoga, Pilates & HIIT training to name a few.
At the weekend 18 women joined me on a Fitness Retreat in Norfolk. I just want to thank them all for their hard work, stamina, endurance & motivation. As a team they kept each other going in some tough sessions, they never moaned or gave up! Whilst training for 12 hours & still managing to keep smiling. You smashed it.
Thank you to Mark for feeding 21 of us & BakingBad for all your support in the kitchen. Team work makes the dream work & I couldn’t have done it without you all. Here’s to the next one 😎
