My name is Victoria Wells. I am married with 3 children. I worked in marketing for a Pharmaceutical Industry for a number of years, after having children, I found this no longer fitted in with my family so decided to change career path.
My passion for fitness and a keen interest in nutrition led me to become a Personal Trainer. When I’m not training clients and running future fit I am tutoring and assessing students to become Personal Trainers with Premier Training International, the leading fitness education provider.

I have lost over 10kg
I started with Victoria just over a year ago and I look forward to my weekly visit. Victoria’s classes are fun, challenging, always different but also relaxing. She is very knowledgeable and takes a really personal approach towards every member of the small class to ensure that they are in the correct position and are gaining the most out of each exercise. Pilates helping me regain my core strength and flexibility having had operations and treatments for cancer. Victoria has also helped me to change the way I eat which has been a huge success. I have lost over 10kg and have resolved some long term issues by making some basic changes. The help, support and advise that Victoria gave me enabled me to take control of my diet and I feel healthier and food even tastes better. Both the Pilates and diet change have given me more confidence in my ability and I can definitely see the benefits going forward as I get older so I will keep on trying. I was recommended to Victoria by many people and I contacted her with apprehension due to being overweight, a lack of confidence in myself and my fitness. With an ongoing back issue and being overweight I didn’t think I could achieve what I have now. Victoria helped me gain my confidence by tailoring a personal training programme not only to lose weight but to believe that I could actually achieve the goals I wanted to through a careful training programme. Victoria is an excellent Personal Trainer, a great listener and knows exactly what I wanted as a client. She helped me lose 2 and a half stone by devising a manageable nutrition programme and was always there at the end of the phone if I needed help or encouragement.

I had been training with Victoria for 6 years and as well as keeping me physically fit, she also help me keep focused and mentally stable. Our training is constantly evolving and varies depending on goals/aims at any particular time, as well as trying out new types of training. I love my sessions with Victoria so much, and have gained so much from them, that my two daughters now also train with Victoria, to give them a healthy view of exercise and training as they become teenagers. I also recommended Victoria to my Dad, who as well as discovering a love of Pilates in his 70’s, is now also pain-free for the first time in over a decade, has halted the need for a hip operation, and made a very speedy recovery from a serious operation earlier this year, which I am sure has a lot to do with the post-operative exercises and advise given to him by Victoria.
