My name is Victoria Wells. I am married with 3 children. I worked in marketing for a Pharmaceutical Industry for a number of years, after having children, I found this no longer fitted in with my family so decided to change career path. My hobbies have always involved sport and fitness from running, gym sessions, spinning classes and swimming. I was a competitive swimmer from the age of 6 and also taught swimming for many years.
My passion for fitness and a keen interest in nutrition led me to become a Personal Trainer. When I’m not training clients and running future fit I am tutoring and assessing students to become Personal Trainers with Premier Training International, the leading fitness education provider. This ensures that my knowledge is up to date with the latest information and techniques in the Health and Fitness industry.

Every client is an individual. After all, that’s why it’s called Personal Training. I work with a client to improve functional fitness, which is great for working all the muscles while making sure you take joints through their full range of movements. It is a more natural and mobility focused approach to fitness. With a passion for Pilates, my Personal Training combines elements of posture, stability & correct form. I enjoy mixing sessions up to keep clients engaged & to keep challenging the body.
