Two retreats under my belt, UK and Spain, and a third one booked. I joined FutureFit as an unfit, overweight person wanting my old self back. Well, I found the right place – a truly dedicated trainer and a friendly, encouraging and unjudgemental group. The retreats allow you to work hard and play hard (if desired). My first time at the retreats and I was a bit sceptic about being stuck with people I don’t know (as it takes me a long tine to get comfortable around new people) but couldn’t ask for more friendlier group. Loved the range of exercises and we had a giggle every time. Can’t say I was looking forward to Mike’s gym but I skipped things I didn’t want to do and got on with the rest. Everyone supported each other and the food was amazing! Hopefully will be back soon if health lets me! When I returned home I got plenty of comments about how healthy and well I looked and how firm my bum and legs look. That alone was worth every penny! Thank you Victoria and Mark
I’ve attended all 3 Retreats, all of them were fantastic, from hardcore training with lots of variety. Lovely people and the food was amazing, always accommodating your likes/ dislikes and allergy’s and beautiful locations. Top marks all round. Well done Victoria
A variety of training activities
Such an amazing time in Marbella! Victoria organised a variety of training activities, from Pilates to boxing on the beach and my personal highlight was Mike’s Gym – I did things I never dreamed I’d be able to do! Food was fantastic, as was the company of the amazing ladies who also attended the retreat. I would highly recommend it!
