Nutrition

We cater for all dietary requirements. Food is cooked fresh on site with local ingredients where possible. Meals are prepared using natural, fresh, quality ingredients without processed sugars, chemicals and additives.​
 
When booking, we ask you about your dietary requirements. You must let us know, as we need to plan meals to your specification. All meals are nutrient-dense to fuel and energise your body and promote active recovery. Alongside this, additional superfood snacks are served between meals to nourish and sustain you throughout your fitness retreat.​

This is just a sample menu, all food is chosen according to season and location. It is all freshly prepared on site adapted to any specific dietary requirements.

Halloumi and avocado salad with a jalapeno yoghurt

Dinner:

Chickpea and spinach curry

Black bean burger with rocket and feta salad

Spicy Roasted cauliflower with pomegranate, watercress and a mint yoghurt
